The house is really cool, built in 1954 according to one of our neighbours so it's got quite a bit of character. There are lots of little things to do, but it's such a relief to have so much space. Phil has so many windows now and so many places to sleep! He was pretty traumatized the first few days after we got here, wouldn't eat and stayed in his carry box waiting to go back home probably. But eventually he got used to the idea that we weren't going back and he's started to enjoy himself here.
We've got an orange tree and a pear tree, an extra bedroom, an office, a big shed, and a good size backyard. It's quite an upgrade from our one bedroom flat. So things are good with us, just trying to find time to enjoy our new home. We've got new email addresses so don't forget to update your address book if you haven't already. And keep in touch!
